P&G Brand Management/Marketing - International Track

Marketing, also commonly known as Brand Management, is a one of our core functions behind the success of our business. You will begin your career in Marketing as an Assistant Brand Manager and from your first day on the job, you will be given immediate project responsibility. Also for this International Track, new hires will start their first assignment overseas in APAC - the best opportunity to kick start a global career.

Role & Responsibility

A. Business Management

-Lead Vision, Objective, Strategy & Plan development for the brand for short- & long-term, based on data/input from multifunction

-Propose final recommendation & drive decision making on key business strategies, plans and investments for the brand

-Lead Multifunctional team as the Brand leader to proactively lead strategy,m plan development and deliver objectives

 

B. Consumer Marketing

-Consumer & Shopper understanding

-Lead Marketing Strategy & Plan development & Execution (Who, What, How)

-Brand Equity Management across all touch points, future initiative plans & marketing campaigns

Qualifications
Key Qualifications

Must be a South Korean citizen & legally eligible to work in Korea
Must have no restrictions in starting the job overseas
Must have graduated or expect to graduate by 2017 August, and be able to join full-time from 2017 June.
Must have: Leadership to pursue each project with enthusiasm, courage, and focus, Passion for winning & high level of motivation, Strategic thinking skills & problem solving skills, Strong communication skills in Korean and English
Major/Department: No restriction. All majors can qualify.
