Description
Marketing

-  Plan and execute New/Focus product launch campaign

-  Manage MKT programs for non-Dept. channels including corporate sales

-  Result review on brand performance, new & focus product review

-  Competitor activity and trend update & analysis

 

Promotion & Retail Event

- Develop strategy and annual plan for promotion & retail event by different channels

- Communicate with Region/Counters regarding event programs

- Analyze and Follow up with marketing activities

- Prepare Recap report after events

- Develop Co-promotion programs

- Monitor and report competitors’ activities

 

VMD (Visual Merchandising)

- Provide DP guide to counters according to the monthly theme

- Order display tools from global and produce display materials locally according to global guideline

- Manage proper levels of tester support for existing & new counters

- Prepare Recap report for each execution of VM campaign

- Adjust floor plan of opening & renewal counters and handle the new counter’s initial setting

 

Qualifications
EDUCATION:

-  University-level education

EXPERIENCE:

-  3 years+ of relevant experience in retail environment (Beauty industry preferred)

 

FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES:

-  Good communication skill

-  Pro-active, Optimistic and Passionate

-  Strong in detail and good sense of responsibilities

-  Strong Team Player

-  Fluent in English
