IT Helpdesk

 

Key responsibilities

* User Support and IT helpdesk

1. Provide PC HW/SW and company network support for office user and boutiques POS

2. Replace/Renew HW/SW and other devices like printer, iOS, video conference and etc

3. Provide stable connection and troubleshooting to business application system and intranet

4. 1st level local helpdesk for all IT matter for all internal users

 

* Assist system administration

1. Assist system operational work and back up support of server and network administration

2. PC OS migration and security patches 

 

* Assist project : assist local/regional/global project both for IT and business related.

 

* Provide training

1. New comer training/Refreshment training for existing user

2. Training for the new system or any changes

3. Share the knowledge and skill within the team and share IT tip with users

- Ensure smooth operation in all user PC and System (Windows/ iDevices/ Mac/ IT Hardware/ Video Conferencing systems)

- Covers all IT support in office, warehouse, technical center and DF/retail boutiques

- Good communication in English

- Experience in working in a large international environment is beneficial

 

Your profile

PROFILE (QUALIFICATION)

- Holder of a diploma / certificate in data networking / IT / Computer studies

- MCSE holder an advantage

- A minimum of two years relevant working experience

- Strong knowledge in Windows NT / 2000 networking and administration, Windows XP, Win7, MS Office, MS Outlook

- Strong trouble shooting and analytical skills

- Knowledge in telecommunication, TCP/IP based LAN/WAN, network monitoring and maintenance

- Knowledge in Cisco router and switche / Checkpoint/ Sonicwall an advantage

- Positive and patient attitude

- Service focused and cost conscious

- Self-motivated, self-discipline, willing to learn and able to work independently

- Ability to work under stress and pressure

- Willing to provide system emergency during non-office hours

- Good communication in spoken English
