Retail (본사Office근무)	Boutique Sales Development -Analysis of Boutique & staff sales performance to porpose action plan & objecties -Communivate and work closely with the Retail team and Boutique Managers regarding sales activities. -Provide statistical analysis of Sales & replenishment needs. -Support any materials related to sales and customer service in Boutique   Operational Reporting -To consolidate all the monthly reporting pertaining to each Boutique's performance -To perform comparative studies on the monthly reports. -To set up reporting vehicles for distribution to Retail Director & Boutiques -To communicate with HQ the month-end reporting for all Boutiques   Database Mangement -Coordinate and ensure the local implementation of various database related projects. -Analyze clientt data: monitor all clients related KPI's as per Headquarter;s guidelines, eatablish monthly reports/ statistics and emsure their timely delivery to local management and Headquarters. -Ensure the accuracy and quality of customer data in current database, set objectives on quantitative and qualitative data collection -Implement direct marketing activities according to Headquarter's guidelines (mailers, e-mailings...): propose targeting recommendatations, measure results and suggest corrective actions in collaboration with Headquarters.   *QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor degree and above Fluent in English MS office skill Around 1 years of working experience in a similar ecommnerce retail Hihg level understanding of the user experience and online retailling Attentive to details Team player with pleasant, proactive, passionate	1
