Tasks
1. Process automation/efficiency Project
-   Enhancement of Servicedesk : Sundry account check(Vendor/Account validation)
-   Enhancement of Servicedesk  : Manual payment request
-   Daily cash-flow management Automation
-   Treasury report revision and automation
-   On-going project to improve the process
   
2. Internal & External Report
-   Support preparation of,
o Business Report and Bond issuance disclosure
o Report to Financial Supervisory Service
-   Update cash flow management template with Bank transaction and forecasted payment
-   Input treasury transaction report in Global Treasury System
-   Treasury Report
 
3. Loan and Bond Issuance support
-   Drawdown notices in case of loan transaction
-   Intercompany loan agreement process support
-   Rating agency presentation material support in case of Bond issuance
-   Support handling of documentation for bond issuance

 

Qualifications
 §  Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business / Finance
 §  Good English skills in writing and speaking
 §  Academic background in Business Administration or Economics
 §  Proficiency in office application including Excel and PowerPoint
 §  Proficiency in VBA would be a plus
 §  Desire to further enhance treasury and financial knowledge and skills
 §  Positive attitude and mindset
 §  Attention to detail, accurate and analytical skills
 §  Organizational and time management capability in time pressure environment
 §  Willingness to work overtime and commitment to meet deadlines
