Main Tasks:

Define marketing plan target and strategy for local Personal Care market and play a key person for implementation of global/regional strategies.

Develop and implement local marketing strategy by monitoring market trends, customer needs and competitors’ activities

Initiate and drive local projects based on market potential and develop local marketing concepts

Monitor and analyze market intelligence and report monthly, including information on competitor’s/customer’s activities and global event schedule

Plan and lead market communication activities, e.g. customer symposium

Plan and lead new product / concept launch activities

Review Megatrends; global, regional, local and promote Personal Care Solutions under the mega trends

Develop and implement sales strategies in line with regional/global EMB strategies

Support key customer account plans and sales pipeline

Plan and lead local-specific concept development and active participate local market measure projects, topics and R&D projects

 

 

Education/Qualification:

Education: Bachelor or higher, preferably chemistry or biology related

Working Experience: At least 5 years of experience in cosmetic industry – R&D, marketing and others

Application and market development Knowledge: market of cosmetic industry, cosmetic raw materials, basic skin care technology and surfactant

Others: Fluent English Speaking and Writing
