KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Key responsibility1 – PRODUCT TRAINING

• Deliver and communicate all categories of products and bland value and history to all channels (Retail, Travel retail and wholesale)

• Execution and organisation of retail training programs and assessment to management level in line with the International guidelines: brand, product and service experience, professional and VMD training and coaching

• Follow-up, communicate and execute all company direction, mission, vision and strategy into BTQ

• Ensure timely feedback on training delivery and share for development

• Execute specialist (Watch and Writing instrument) program and manage the performance local and global level. - Develop and implement watch ambassador training program - Watch training material development for Chinese customer (Travel retail)

• Ensure to deliver monthly recap of products and direction of sales with KPI and USP

• Define roll-out strategy of key categories with retail director • Proactively gain and share knowledge of competitor brand (brand, product and services).

 

Key responsibility – Selling Ceremony training and development

• Training of all related selling ceremony with selling technique development (Journey to sales excellence), CS, Clienteling, leadership and any possible area to GROW for being a top level in the market, in cooperation with retail area manager, CRM manager and CS manager.

• Identify and analyse boutiques’ SWOT to make strong action plans and execute them in effective way.

• Be the ambassador of the brand, our vision and company values to the boutique.

• Manage all actions to achieve MSP and follow-up development plan

 

Key responsibility 3 – Retail performance development.

• All ears and eyes to field to realize field’s difficulties, obstacles, complaint and demotivation and lead to find out solution with management.

• All ears and eyes to drive field to achieve target and performance for excellence.

• Build annual BTQ activities (workshop, kick-off meeting) to motivate and boost team morale on all BTQ.

• Evaluation of all the activities and performances in team and appraisal of them in company direction.

 

Key responsibility 4 – Budget management.

• Manage training budget with retail director to optimize all training activities and retail performance development activities with various incentive program.
