Description
OBJECTIVES:

- Increase brand awareness through on/offline promotion activities with proper guidance from marketing manager

- Execute special event & promotion programs to support new product launch/retailers

 

KEY RESPONIBILITIES:

1.  Execute retail event and communicate with Regional team

l  Plan and execute retail event (Mega event, counter show, workshop)

l  Support on-counter promotion program (POP, collaterals, sampling etc)

l  Support the management of retail event budget and expense

 

2.  Manage co-promotion activity

l  Plan and execute co-promotion activities

 

3.  Online promotion management

l  Plan the online promotion

l  Manage the online event such as external site event, beauty tester, and workshop etc.

 

4.  Manage monitor members and members of beauty community

l  Execute the workshop and the beauty tester for monitor members

l  Send the new product information

l  Manage the trend workshops for community members

 

5.  Support the counter based promotion activities & gift sets

l  Manage the counter collateral

l  Handle retailer Co-op DM

 
6.  Assist On- counter makeup event by coordinating samples and GWPs

 

Qualifications

EXPERIENCES
- +3 years of relative experiences in Beauty industry.

- Good communication skill

- Inter-personal and social skill

- Pro-active, Optimistic and Passionate

- Strong in detail and good sense of responsibilities
