Customer Service Representative
 

Duties and Responsibilities
§Resolve customers' issues / inquiries in professional & timely manner and multitask through multiple computer systems while talking on the phone.
   - Orders & Quote
   - Delivery & Availability
   - Return & Cancellation, etc.

§Maintain strong customer relationships by performing professional manners of phone and e-mail answering

§Effectively manage additional team's projects
 

Requirements & Preferences
§Bachelor degree (Prefer Chemistry or Life Science related major)

§+1 years experiences in the related area is preferred

§English communication skill

§Prefer ERP experience (SAP)

§Customer-oriented

자격 및 선호요건
§학사 학위 (화학/ 생명과학 연관 전공 선호)

§연관된 분야 경력 1년 이상 선호

§영어 가능자 우대

§ERP 경험 선호 (SAP)

§Customer-Oriented 마인드 보유자
