[Responsibilities]

1) Identify new market opportunities thru full understanding of market/competitive dynamics

2) Capture up-to-date and relevant market/technology trends by analyzing diverse business cases

3) Develop and execute a strategic business plan for target markets in line with J&J Vision strategic direction

4) Establish O2O business model for J&J Vision

5) Lead cross-functional initiatives collaborating with internal/external partners 6) Lead communication to the leadership team, organization and regional/global teams.

 

[Requirements]

1) Project management / analytics skills

2) Strategic thinking with external focus

3) Proficient for diverse channel strategies

4) e-business experience preferred

5) Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Korean and English

6) Minimum 8 years of relevant work experiences
