* Designated trainer will train program execution, monitor the progress, evaluate, and submit the daily training record /evaluation result to HR

 

Training Purpose & Objectives:

Trainee will be provided extraordinary professional development opportunities in consumer marketing via below training program and other on-the-job marketing experience

 

Organization context

Direct report to: Sr. Brand Manager or other equivalent designated trainer

Functional report to: Brand Managers, Marketing Manager

 

Job holder requirements

•Highly motivated self-starter and multi-tasker
•Interest in pharmaceutical market, healthcare and its IMC activities
•Solid interpersonal skills, research skills, analytical skills, and logical approach to problem solving
•Attention to detail
•Exceptional written and verbal communications skills both in Korean and English
