JOB PURPOSE
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Regularly manage 3rd party mall (SSG.com) & brand’s E-commerce operation and promotion on a monthly basis leveraging current all marketing means
• Negotiate the monthly promotional banner, eDM & branding page and also plan the monthly focus product for special promotion page with SSG.com MD
• Project management for new e-retailer platform (Lotte.com) launching with internal (APAC, HFH) count partners & e-retailer MD
• Drive traffic & conversion to the ecommerce sites by leveraging high ROI digital media activities closely aligning with bought media team
• Cooperate with APAC regional commerce, MD, local retail, logistic, IT team for overall 3rd party mall operation excellence on a daily basis
• Plan the monthly social brief for Kakao by aligning with global social & product message and attend weekly social call for alignment
• Manage the external digital agencies operation for Social/Kakao BAU & new developing initiatives    

 

PERSONAL PROFILE

• Previously launched, managed a digital commerce channel and digital marketing/social experience in related industry would be plus.
• Good understanding of social media, digital technologies and e-commerce environment.
• Minimum 3~5 years in digital marketing experience and ecommerce field
• Excellent verbal & written communication in both English and Korean  
• Strong attention to detail / Highly organized & structured way
• Self-starter to work cross-functionally for new initiatives
