Role Summary:
The Financial Management Program (FMP) is a financial leadership development program designed as the primary entry point into the GE financial community. You will experience and intensive, two-year program that consists of on-the-job rotation combined with formal classroom training. It is designed to teach a combination of technical, financial and business skills that will prepare you for a financial leadership position.

You will experience and intensive, two-year program that consists of on-the-job rotation combined with formal classroom training. It is designed to teach a combination of technical, financial and business skills that will prepare you for a financial leadership position.

Qualifications/Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Native Korean language skills
• Superior command of English (TOEIC 900 & above OR equivalent level)
• Demonstrated leadership ability
• Minimum of 3.5 on 4.5 grade point average scale
• Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
• Solid analytical skills
• Career focus and initiative

Desired Characteristics:

• Relevant work experience (should have no more than two years
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
• Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
• Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
• Effective problem identification and solution skills.
• Proven analytical and organizational ability.
