About Corporate Bank: Relationship and Transaction Management

The Corporate Bank is a market leader in risk management for FX and Rates, cash management, lending, trade finance, trust and agency services as well as securities services. At the heart of Corporate Bank sits Relationship and Transaction Management, pivotal in delivering the best-in-class client management solutions to our corporate and institutional clients worldwide. Relationship and Transaction Management partners with product specialists and other departments including legal, compliance and Client Lifecycle Management to continually provide a seamless end-to-end banking experience to our clients.

 

Division specifics about the Analyst role

In Relationship and Transaction Management, you will gain first-hand experience across a suite of corporate banking products, partner with our product specialists, contribute to the innovation of new ideas to help our customers achieve their financial goals. Throughout your experience, you will learn how we build longstanding relationships with our clients and discover our market-leading solutions. You will also learn how to integrate ESG into our clients’ solutions and risk management ranging from financial crime to reputational risk. You can expect to stretch your capabilities and gain a strong start in your career. 

 

During your time with us, you will participate in a rotational program working alongside experience bankers and take on responsibilities across:

 

Corporate Coverage
Manages and develops client-centric and product-agnostic treasury level relationships to provide seamless banking experience to our clients.

 

Cash Management
Deliver a wide range of payment and cash management related products to corporates and non-bank financial institutions.

 

Trade Finance and Lending
You will help with lending to corporates, provide solutions related to imports, exports or domestic trade transactions that include document handling, financing and risk mitigation.

 

Securities Services
You will provide custody and funds services to corporate and institutional clients
Trust & Agency Services
Here you will provide corporate trust, loan services, corporate services, escrows and depository receipts.

 

FX
You will work on products in relation to currency risk management for corporates, supporting the business that makes the cross-border trade possible
