외국계 IT기업 아마존 웹 서비스 코리아에서 IT Support Engineer를 채용 합니다.

Regular activities include:

• Windows/Mac OS deployment and support
• User hardware/software/peripheral support Helpdesk/Onsite
• Hardware procurement and asset management
• LAN troubleshooting and support
• Infrastructure administration
• Creating and maintaining documentation
• Ability to manage ambiguous projects
• Mentoring and handling escalations from junior technicians

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Able to read, write and speak in both Korean and English
• 3+ years hands-on IT Support experience
• Experience troubleshooting all OS types
• Proven skills in PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and liquidation
• May require lifting or carrying desktop computers up to 25 lbs
• Experience with servers and network infrastructure
• Understanding of DNS, DHCP, Email, HTTP, SSL, OSI Model, TCP/IP protocols and applications
• Able to manage ambiguous projects and deliver results

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Fluency in both English and Korean communication (Email, Chat, Verbal) skill
• Bachelor's degree in Computer science or IT related field
• Industry training such as Microsoft MCSE, MCITP
• Experience with Cisco IOS (CLI) or Cisco certification
• Advanced Linux systems administration skills / certification
• Experience with Data Cabling / Computer Facilities maintenance
• Experience with server administration (Windows or Linux)
