WHO CAN APPLY

• Fluent in English
• Thirsty for learning and professional development
• Willing to challenge the status quo
• University Students graduated between 2019 - 2020, and expected to graduate on 2021 as well .
• For those applying to YangSan based positions, Science or Engineering major is preferred

HOW DO I APPLY?

1. Complete the online application by clicking APPLY NOW. If you meet the criteria, you will be invited to the next step. 
2. Complete a digital interview. This step will give us the opportunity to learn more about you beyond what is written on your CV. 
3. If you are successful, you will be invited to take our online assessment test. This test will assess your decision-making abilities on a wide variety of simulated scenarios. If you meet the criteria, you will be invited to the next step. 
4. Participate in virtual on-ground assessment (VOGA), the final stage of the recruitment process. During the VOGA, we will meet virtually and get to learn more about each other. You will have a chance to showcase your skills in business cases and team activities, network with other applicants, and meet current Philip Morris International employees. 
5. Show us who you are and if you meet the criteria, we may invite you to be an INKOMPASS intern!
