SW (Tech) Support Engineer 신입사원 (학사)를 모집 합니다.

근무지

• 경기도 평택/이천

주요 수행업무

• Understand, research, and resolve internal and external application and systems issues 
• Create, test, and verify installation/upgrade instructions for Applied Materials' product releases 
• Perform SW quality verification simulation test before SW upgrade 
• Perform SW issue troubleshooting, production tool SW support 
• Perform SW bug & enhancement reporting to headquarter (located in Santa Clara) 
• Participate in product testing, documentation reviews, and user conferences 
• Provide off-hours customer support via pager and cellular telephone as scheduled. Provide telephone coverage as scheduled 
• Attend Applied Materials' classes in designated product line and external classes for third-party software 
• Customer Service to customers by providing on-going training to customers for technical and systems issues 
• Factory Automation (FA) support

지원자격

• 기졸업자 또는 2022년 2월 졸업예정자 (*2022년 1월부터 근무 가능한자) 
• 전산/컴퓨터공학/제어 관련 전공자 선호 
• PC, Server HW, OS 및 Network knowledge 선호 
• FA (Factory Automation) 또는 Semi industry/tool에 대한 이해도 선호 
• ‘19년 10월 1일 이후 취득한 아래 영어성적을 보유하고 있는 분 TOEIC 750점 이상, TOEIC Speaking Level 6 이상, OPIC IM2 이상, TEPS 641 이상, TOEFL 91점이상 (영어권국가 최종학력 보유자는 영어성적 면제) 
• 병역필 혹인 면제자로 해외여행에 결격사유가 없는 자 
• 보훈 및 장애 대상자는 관련 법령에 따라 우대
