WHAT IS UNEXT?

Unilever Korea Next Generation (UNEXT) is a fast-track trainee program designed for fresh graduating who have a potential and ambition to become the next generation of leaders.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR OPPORTUNITIES?
UNEXT is a 2-year graduate programme, designed to prepare Unilever’s future leaders for business leadership roles through challenging tasks and projects. The programme encompasses rotations within, and across, functions in an accelerated learning environment. This includes extended leadership contact, formal training, field sales placements and professional development.

Eligibility

• Bachelor degree graduate, all majors are accepted
• Less than or equal to 2 years of full time working experience
• Legally eligible to work in Korea
• Available to work full time from 1st March 2022
• Great communication skills in both Korean and English
• Critical thinking, ability to work both independence and teamwork, leadership experience would be a plus

 

UNEXT APPLICATION PROCESS

3. Digital Interview: December 6th (Wed) - 31st(Fri), 2021
