Report to and support the ASOM in taking responsibility to achieve retail sales target and business objectives through:
Motivate Beauty Advisors (BAs) to maximize the Brand’s retail sales
Efficient management of daily counter operations
Development and supervision of BAs
Set up marketing details and point of sales execution for product launch and promotions
Plan, Implement and monitor incentive programs for BAs
RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Sales
Review retail sales targets and performance of each door on a monthly basis with ASOM
Analyze performance of business vs. sales objectives, sales trend and competition
Generate sales reports
Ensure brand and counter image as well as visual merchandising are in line with brand standards and philosophy
Coordinate and execute the setup of all promotions and all in-store programs and activities
Ensure BAs are aware of the marketing calendar, promotions etc
Give direction and specific instructions to BAs on how to do their jobs to achieve their sales goals
(To individually addressed depending on each BA’s strengths and weaknesses)
B. Marketing
Coordinate and execute setting up details relating to High Profile Promotions and in-store programs and promotions working with Field Merchandiser or Project Executive
Provide feedback on marketing opportunities and monitors & identifies marketing potential for new and existing products
Ensure all go-to-market materials and promotional elements are available in store to support launches.
C. Supervision and Team Management of Beauty Advisors
Assist ASOM in BA headcount and productivity to ensure sufficient staffing coverage for the counters
Conducts on-counter orientation and elementary product training for new BAs to enable them to perform their job until formal training is organized by the Training Managers
Evaluate the performance of BAs and work closely with training managers to enhance product knowledge and sales technique to improve performance
Ensure BA upheld grooming standards of the brand
Spend minimum 70% of time in-store coaching and working with BAs.
D. Train and develop Beauty Advisors
Closely collaborate with Education team to develop in-store training through regular store visit
Coach and motivate BAs based on individual talent and skills to drive sales objectives and brand equity
Work with ELC Beauty Advisors or Retailers BAs and coach them to achieve their sales goals.
Qualifications REQUIREMENTS
B.A degrees with a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience, preferably in the travel retail industry
