About the Team:
 The short-form video industry has been in tremendous growth and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies. With millions of loyal users globally, we believe TikTok is an ideal platform to deliver a better content experience to our users. We are looking for passionate and talented interns to join our team, together we can build a content ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users.

 

 TikTok's Creator operation team's objective is to acquire and cultivate creators in a scaleable way to create trending content in TikTok. This role will require daily interaction with local creators.

 

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the overall MCN ecosystem changes and flows by analyzing MCN data
• Plan and process TikTok X MCN project
• Respond to MCN inquiries and manage MCN creators

 

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled or graduated from a Bachelor‘s or Master's program, strong communication skill in Korean, fluent in English(Chinese is a plus).
• Have deep understanding in creator communities such as Youtube, AfreecaTV, Twitch.
• Have passion for short-form video trends; video creation experiences will be preferred
• Have flexible communication skills as well as project planning skills
• Data-driven, strong execution, collaborative, and time management skills; comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Work minimum of 6 months, 5 days a week.
