YOUR TASKS

This position performs management of the Shin An GWO training center and trains trainees in the facility. For the above role, appropriate qualifications and experiences are required. Based on that, this position will be responsible for the overall training center management, including business development.

 

 In addition, this position requires good understanding of education and training, safety management, working at height, and facility management.

• Perform safety training at height work, first aid training, and other training.
• Perform operation management for trainee, training facilities and training gears.
• Perform prepare quotes, managing schedules, inquiry reception, tracking and verifying report and issuing invoices.
• Perform other duties assigned by Team Leader or IS Department Manager.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Higher than high school
• Experience related to marine safety, emergency rescue, and safety training
• Languages: Korean, English (preferred)
• Basic ability for physical and/or safety training, customer, and training center management
• Those who can work at high facilities, have been active in climbing athletes or clubs, have experience work at high, have certification for first aid or emergency rescue department preferred, have certification for marine safety or relevant departmental major-related qualifications and experience in inspector work are preferred.
• Local residence in Shin-An will be highly preferred.
• Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork.
• Smooth communication and social skills;
• Consistent safety management mind (accident prevention)
• Familiar with work at high, think of efficient work, and can work under pressure.
• Good computer skill, esp. Doc. Excel software tools
• Condition allows normal working, stable outputs and business trips as required.
