Systems Engineer, Global Enterprise Theatre (GET)

The Team
The Global Enterprise Theatre (GET) is responsible for some of the largest and most valuable Cisco enterprise customers worldwide. Our vision is to be recognized by our customers as the industry leader in meeting their global business needs by using our uniquely global customer experience to deliver innovative, flexible and customer-centric solutions and services

This role will require the successful candidate to lead our technical presales activity within the Samsung Group and to be intimately aware of and contribute to the global account plans for the account

Role & Responsibilities
● Presales engineering responsibilities for the specified accounts within the Global Enterprise Theatre (GET) covering their activities in South Korea, and including travel to other customer locations as required
● Provide specific solutions/technology/product consulting, technical and sales support for these customers
● Perform both high-level and in-depth technical presentations for customers, partners and prospects and drive sales activity using your strong relationships with the customer
● Actively participate as a specialist on assigned SE Virtual Teams

Minimum Qualifications
● The successful candidate will ideally have five to seven years of related experience
● Cisco product experience or relevant experience in key relevant competitor offerings is required
● Pre-Sales experience is required
● Typically requires BS/BA (EE/CS) or equivalent. CCIE-level certification is an advantage
● Consulting skills will be highly regarded

Desired Skills
● Seeking an individual that is able on position our products and services as solutions from the customer perspective and who understands the strategic nature of our GET customers and the need to build strong customer relationships
● Well-developed consultative skills are advantageous to candidates wishing to apply, in addition to excellence in traditional technical and engineering knowledge
● In addition to some domestic travel, the role will require some out-of-hours activity including regular conference calls with other team members across the region and around the world who support the account in their respective geographies
