Job description: Product Supply Assistant (Non-Management) – Package Artwork Coordinatior

 

Package Artwork Coordination Assistant and manages the process, the system, and the people involved in developing and delivering new package artworks for new product initiatives in Korea. The Artwork Planning Team is part of the Supply Network Operations organization and serves as a link between the Commercial team and the Supply Chain Team. The role works closely with a multi-functional team including Marketing, Design, R&D, Regulatory, Package Material Engineer, Supply Chain Data Team, and external vendors, and he or she is responsible for high-quality (error-free) and high-agility (short lead-time) artwork development that supports & enables the company’s new product introduction to the market.

• He/she is a project leader that works with extensively with internal & external parties and delivers projects with excellence
• He/she is a process & system owner that guides the team and guards the process to drive error-free, speed-to-market, and minimum effort loss
• He/she is a capability owner that trains and qualifies the team on the how and what of the artwork process
• He/she is an innovator that embraces changes, seeks new ideas, and drives continuous improvement

 

 

Qualifications

 

Key Requirements:

• South Korean citizen. Legally eligible to work in Korea
• Must have no restrictions in travelling overseas
• Must have completed military service or be exempt, if applicable
• Major/Department: No restriction. All majors can qualify
• Must have: strong leadership, strategic thinking skills, strong communication skill in both Korean and English, passion for winning, Attention to details
• Processing passion for winning and drive for making a difference
