업무개요

- Responsible for all IT infrastructure components incl. servers, clients, networks and IPT system

- Act as a communication and escalation bridge between local support and regional/global support team

- On-site assistance for remote build & configuration by regional/global support team

- Participate in IT system implementation, integrating & improvement

- Perform IT standard procedures and tools and controlling SLA (Service Level Agreement)

- Maintenance all IT security, disaster recovery plan and ensure custody for IT device and license compliance

- Coordinate and support servicedesk(1st level) staffs for desktop support

- Maintenance of potential areas for systems and service provision improvements

 

응시자격

- University graduate or equivalent (adequate competence)

- More than 3 years’ experience in IT infrastructure

- ITSM (ITIL) experience

- IT Security experience

- Experience of MS Windows server and AD operation

- Experience of LAN/Voice operation

- Experience of IT project management
