Global Graduate Programme은 브리티쉬 아메리칸 토바코 코리아의 엄선된 신입사원 선발 프로그램을 지칭합니다.본 프로그램은 브리티쉬 아메리칸 토바코 코리아에서 자신있게 추진하는 차세대 리더 육성 프로그램입니다. 입사 후 1년간 집중적인 리더십 및 직무훈련을 통해 업무역량을 기르고, 타 부서로의 순환근무 및 졸업 후 해외 브리티쉬 아메리칸 토바코 그룹사로의 파견근무 기회가 주어집니다.본 과정을 통해 여러분은 빠른 성장과 국제적 비즈니스 마인드를 갖춘 차세대 인재로서 성장할 수 있으며, 회사는 여러분을 위해 전폭적인 지원을 아끼지 않을 것입니다.

업무: 대외협력 및 홍보(LEX) 및 브랜드/영업관리/전략기획/사업개발(MKT)

우대사항(필수조건 아님): 해당 부서 또는 인턴쉽 경험자 (LEX의 경우 국내외 로스쿨 졸업예정자/ 졸업자)

 

 

전형 및 일정:

• 서류접수: 2016년 9월 19일 (월) 24시 까지 - 지정된 영문지원서를 자사홈페이지에서 다운받아 작성 후, batk-GGP@bat.com으로 접수

• 적성평가 및 영어 회화능력 평가

• 1차 실무자 면접

• Assessment Centre (심층역량면접) 

• 최종 임원면접

자격 조건:

• 2017년 2월 졸업예정자 (단 2016년 12월부터 근무 가능한 자), 경력 3년 미만의 기 졸업자

• 한국어와 영어 능통자, 해외 근무 가능자

• 자기 계발에 주도적이며 진취적인 성격, 뛰어난 대인관계 능력을 바탕으로 한 팀워크의 소유자
