Responsibilities

** This position is contractor based (16 months, replacement of maternity leave)

1. Extract the data from various sources (SAP etc.) and monitor & tracking the data
2. Data Analysis & Report (daily / weekly / monthly)
3. Budget Management & variable cost analysis
4. Analyze key account dashboard & inventory status monitoring & weekly new open outlet update
5. Monthly finance closing, Compliance report
6. PR/PO/GR & tax invoice

Qualifications & Experience

- University Degree and above
- Min. 2~3 years of Sales Admin / Operation (FMCG industry preferred)
- High Proficiency in MS Office (esp. in EXCEL)
