Description
Corporate Services – Sales Order Assistant

 

Reporting Relationship

• Report to: Corporate Services Manager (Solid Line) & Responsible brands’ ASM (Dotted Line)

• Supervises : None

 

Job Purpose

• Takes responsibility of accurate and on-time product orders to meet retail sales target for respective brands

• Provide sales related data and reports for brand teams to be used for various sales planning and activities

 

Main Responsibility

1) Product Order

• Budget net sales and confirm the amount with retailers

• Handle product order through retailers’ ERP system

• Handle follow-up work regarding order (credit / debit note)

• Inform price changes to retailers

• Forecast in-flight sales

• Order in-flight products through agency

• Handle follow-up work regarding in-flight order (credit / debit note)

• After AC review items / numbers for GWP and tester, input the order form and follow-up on the order

2) Data Analysis & Reporting

• Prepare retail sales report

• Prepare sell-thru report

• Prepare monthly competitors’ sales report

• Provide customer / category mix data

• Input sales information in Hyperion

• Prepare retail sales data for Fact sheet

3) Other support

• Prepare official letters to retailers as representative of ELKO(e.g. price change, credit/debit note, destruction, corporate issues and etc.)

 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education

- University-level education or equivalent

 

• Experiences

-  2-5 working experience preferably in the travel retail industry

 

• Functional competencies

- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

- Proven sales track record

- Proficient in MS Office and Excel

- Good organization and communication skills

- Good presentation skills
