HR Intern
Tasks
1. Common HRBP topic.
- Annual HR process (leave promotion, gift voucher distribution,etc)
- Supporting HR topcis for each entity's Townhall meeting or monthly HR news
2. Supporting HRIS data maintenance.
- Newcomer / Resignee information update into the HR system (HRWT, Korea Intranet)
- Registration of external /internal employee information into the global HR system for e-mail account creation.
- Maintenance of employee documents (e-filing).
3. Supporting general training & recruiting process.
- General training program support
- General recruiting process support
Qualifications
- 4 year University
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Basic MS Office (MS word, Excel, and PPT)
- Prior internship experience is preferred
- Good communication Skill
