About the job
We are looking for a passionate Digital Communication Specialist to be responsible for the operating and content management of IKEA GWANGMYEONG Store Web and Mobile sites.
You will be working with country web team, internal communicator, and other marketing specialists to deliver the most effective web/mobile content.
You may be the right person if you enjoy tackling new challenges with a “can-do” attitude. Team collaboration is also a big part of what we do, so you must be comfortable with open communication and honest feedback.

 

More information about your tasks:
•Responsible for IKEA GWANGMYEONG store web/mobile sites
•Operating, maintaining and expanding web/mobile sites
•Creating and designing visual content/communication
•Maximize the digital marketing result with creative ideas and new approach
•Review and monitoring of the web/mobile site activities to ensure seamless operation
•Review and monitor web/mobile sites for errors and file report accordingly
•Partner with functions (e.g. PR, country web team, customer relations, marketing) across the organization to define and develop relevant local content in order to optimize web content and functionality

 

It is essentials that you have:
•Experience in web design and content production with a demonstrable portfolio
•Proficiency in Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop or other visual design tools
•Experience in creating storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
•Experience in operating web site, mobile site, or blogs etc.
•Up-to-date with the latest web trends
•Fluent in Korean and English(verbally and written)
•Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
•Organized and proactive with a positive attitude
