About Corporate and Investment Bank

J.P. Morgan Corporate & Investment Bank combines our industry leadership and capabilities in investment banking, corporate banking and financial transaction processes to serve our institutional clients.

 

Key Accountabilities/Major Responsibilities

•Prepare regulatory returns and financial report of the Securities branch;

•Partner with various teams (product control, business managers, operations, etc.) to manage the implementation of new/ revised regulatory returns;

•Properly manage all non-USD earnings at month end with eliminating of exposures between the month end and remittance or transfer to retained earnings.

•Ensure that revenues and expenses are matched in the correct legal entity with appropriate income attribution agreements.

•Participate /lead in projects including the upgrade of local regulatory reporting

•Invoice and expense claims processing if required

•Assist on the tax reporting

 

Qualifications

Accounting / Finance background - with sound technical and business knowledge;

•Preferably an accounting graduate

•With at least 1-2 years relevant working experience in foreign financial institutions (securities or bank);

•Knowledge in regulatory reports;

•Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and strong problem solving skills;

•Strong verbal and written communications skills;

•Good team player.

•Good listening skills

•Knowledgeable in Microsoft applications particularly on MS Excel
