Customer Service Specialist

 

Job Overview  

-Process customer purchase orders into the ERP system.

-Monitor production status at RF360 manufacturing overseas factories.

-Generate and follow up on-time deliveries.

-Analysis customer demand forecast and stock consumption status in regular basis.

-Monitor account receivable and incoming payment. Resolve overdue payment.

-Support sample requirements for new projects.

-Collect ship invoice from shipping plant and update the relevant ship data into the customer system.

-Take required actions as Associate Sales and support ad-hoc reports to sales & management team.  

Minimum Qualifications  

-Understanding on SCM & logistic process.
-Good English communication skill.
-Basic knowledge in MS office.
 
Preferred Qualifications  

-Up to 3years experience as CS or sales assistant position preferred.

-Experienced ERP (SAP or Oracle) user.  
     
Education Requirements  

-BS and above
