Sales & Marketing, Retail Operations Assistant Manager
Tasks
This position is to plan future sales by monitoring retail-related reports and other indicators in order to produce right volume of MBPC products and share the plan for promotion analyst to prepare and suggest appropriate level of promotion to reach the sales target while minimizing discount amount.
In addition, as a key business owner, keep looking for development areas that are required to be improved for business process optimization and data extract in an effective and efficient way.
Consult and coordinate direct sales to employees and affiliated companies is another area that contributes to the total sales. To maximize direct sales, advise finance programs to suit the customers requirements and in case of delivery failure during the process quick problem solving is also required to minimize complaints.
Qualifications
Education: 4 year University
Experience: Experience in Automotive industry is preferred
Required Knowledge/skill and competency:
In-depth knowledge on sales module of DMS system
Hands-on experience with SWT
Excellent communication, organizing, problem solving skills for employee & affiliated company sales
Good command of MS office
Product Knowledge and competitive products/ brands
General understanding of business, wholesale and retail functions
Excellent communication & writing skills both in Korean and English
