Tasks
CR administrative duties assist
1) Update direct customer contacts on customer complaint management system on a real-time basis
2) Review customer complaint reports submitted by dealers
3) Manage paper documents (approved customer complaint reports and direct customer complaints by fax and letter)
4) Manage excel files for complaint management log for regular meetings
5) Support generation and analysis of specific data on the request
Qualifications
Education: Enrolled or Graduated from 4 year University, Automotive or Mechanical engineering preferred
Experience:Experience of automotive industry preferred
Required Knowledge/skill and competency:
Basic knowledge of automobile, Good communication skill. Excellent skills in all MS Office products, Good English skill
