[Responsibilities]
Part A: Definition
1) Support and lead the AW update project for OTC, Quasi Drug, Cosmetic
2) Follow the internal compliance process when doing the project
3) Communicate and follow up with stakeholders for the project
4) Review the artwork & Support NPD/NPI formula review
Part B: Principal Responsibilities
1) Provides guidance & support to project team members regarding regulatory compliance issues
2) Support & leading the all the system compliance work together with communication of agency
3) Organize the timeline and follow the project timeline with good communication
4) Establishes accountability for the preparation of necessary outlines, summaries, status reports, memos, graphs, charts, tables, and slides.
5) Ensures adherence to standard operating procedures and protocol for the rapid and timely management of responsible project
6) Gathers and assembles information necessary for working in accordance with regulations and relevant guidelines.
7) Provides regulatory advice to project teams
8) Review and advice the regulatory review for artwork and advertisement materials
9) Support or oversees the preparation of regulatory document for submission, and delivery to MFDS & receipt of approval letter from MFDS
10) Oversee or review the promotional material based on local regulation
11) Support the team project like promotional material or formula review, etc.
[Requirements]
1) Bachelor’s degrees or above
2) Knowledge in Chemistry preferred
3) MS Office skill s (Word, PPT, Excel) proficiency
4) Good inter-personal relationship, communication & negotiation skills
5) written English communication ability
