[Responsibilities]

Part A: Definition (할인점 account 담당)

- Ensure the achievement of planned sales target in given categories of customers.

- Developing relevant planning to satisfy shoppers in the customer’s category.

- Execution of planned activities in the stores.

- Achieve planned goal of distribution, merchandising working with merchandisers.

- Report to Channel Manager with the analysis of POS data and category trend to improve the efficiency of business activities.

 

Part B: Principal Responsibilities

- Establishes individual sales goals and ensure to achieve the goals.

- Ensures sales activities are in compliance with all federal/national, state, local and company regulations, policies and procedures.

- Collects and utilizes all necessary marketing information.

- Provides account support and administration to increase company products presence with accounts as well as category.

- Creates daily, weekly, monthly activity and productivity reports. Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for increased productivity and sales on both a group and individual level.

- Assists sales representatives with questions and supports customers requiring additional assistance.

- Leads specific sales events or projects to improve sales performance.

- Works closely with sales manager to implement annual/quarterly sales plan and necessary changes required to achieve objectives.

 

[Requirements]

- Bachelor’s degrees or above. (대리-과장급)

- Experience in Consumer goods Sales is preferred

- Good inter-personal relationship

- Proactive & positive & innovative mind

- Strong negotiation & Communication skills

- Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills

- Excellent English communication (Writing & Oral) ability

- MS Office skills (Word, PPT, Excel) proficiency
