eCommerce Operations Associate

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
 - Support both eCommerce operation & content management function
 - Monitor all eCommerce daily orders
 - Manage Order Management System(OMS) & Logistics system
 - Issue handling related orders and return/exchange/cancel
 - Review the daily shipping status & daily/weekly/monthly inventory level
 - Support content management for the ecommerce site
 - Manage the product display through eCommerce back-end system
 - Work closely with eWarehouse team & logistic company for processing and shipping orders, managing inventory and physical movement.
 - Work closely with Global IT team & Global eCommerce team to update/report any errors/improvement issues
 - Work closely with CS team to care customer inquiries.
 - Website monitoring and QA for the product images or description
 - Support of the ecommerce data analysis
 
Qualifications:
 - Understanding of the whole eCommerce process & online customer behavior
 - High level of MS Office
 - Good communication skills and nice attitude
 - Self-starter, creative, enthusiastic, innovative and collaborative attitude
 - Sense of urgency and accuracy
 - Ability to work in a team environment
 - Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills in both Korean/English****. The ability to present information in a clear, concise and complete manner

 

Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ year experience in retail eCommerce industry 
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
