Job Description
SCM_Logistics / Export Control & Customs

 -Fully Responsible
• Preparation of Shipping documents for Import/Export
• Submission of Customs documents to authority (or data maintenance in customs system)
• Declaration of Import & Export customs
• Data maintenance for Import & Export Transactions in Customs Handbook
• Collection of original Customs documents (w/ chop)
• Archiving Customs Documents w/ full set of shipping documents
• Verification of Duty/Fee invoices from authority/Broker
• Collecting/Archiving Composition table for New goods
• Classification of Customs-code (HS-code) for new goods
• Maintenance/Update of Customs-code in SAP system
• Validation of Customs Duty Rate
• Application of relevant Certificates/Licenses/Registration for requirements of Customs/Quarantine/Bank/Arrow products/etc.
• Monitoring daily Customs Procedure undertaken by broker
• Collaboration with Broker to respond query from Customs Authority during daily declaration
• Collaboration with Broker for Customs Inspection of declaration consignment

 

- Partially Responsible
• Release Blocked SO/PO via TA in SAP
• Validation of Existing HS-Codes with proving documents
• Update Check list/Audit template for ECC Compliance
• Regular Check of ECC compliance w/ Check list/Template
• Reporting/Archiving Check result
• Management Report for ECC compliance
• Preparation of Internal/External Customs audit
• Local Driver for Internal External Customs audit
• Follow up Audit Result
• Tender/Selection/Contract/SOP; Customs Broker w/ Region ECC
• Activity related to BP(Business Partner)
• Implementation/Maintenance of Global ECC Guideline
• Local communication for Global ECC Guideline
• Receiving Trainings related to Global ECC
• ECC Training for local people
• Maintenance/Update local Customs policy/Regulation
• ECC Checking for New Vendor/Customer Application
• Performance Management of Customs Broker via KPI
• Confirmation of FTA preferential duty application
 

Job Requirements
- Bachelor\'s degree in Logistics, business administration, international trade or similar
- Minimum 3 year experience in logistics
- Professional Knowledge: Good Negotiation skill, Customs law
- Required Competencies: Capability of communication (A) Moderation (B) Presentation skill (B)
- IT Skills: SAP (B) BW (B) Internal control program ECC (A)
- Language Proficiency: English - Advanced level
