Description

OBJECTIVES:

•Develop and implement marketing program plans and programs for product selection, promotions, positioning including new launches, monthly promotion to achieve successful campaign and exceed product target
•Manage SKU Efficiently to maintain healthy KPI of the brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Marketing Campaign

•Plan and execute New/Focus product launch campaign
•Develop advert and consumer touch collaterals.
•Execution of monthly, yearly marketing programs including promotion
•Result review on brand performance, new & focus product review
•Competitor activity and trend update & analysis

 

2 .Product management

•Oversee product forecasts to ensure planning accuracy with shipment follow-up
•Stock management with appropriate inventory levels (monitor and manage excess, OOS)
•Product registration and product QA follow-up.
•Documentation for product management.
•Prepare analyses for pricing, cost of goods, price increase

3. Sample management

•Develop sampling strategy for each product franchise and order samples according to the marketing program.
•Manage sample forecast and place order based on usage plan.
•Prepare purchase program and promotion in line with sample strategy.

4.  Analyze sales results and prepare relevant reports

•Analyze marketing activities of competitors and retailers
•Prepare New York/Region requested reports
•Prepare brand category performance analysis and responsible for brand segment category reviews as needed
•Conduct post launch evaluation analysis of major programs.

Qualifications

EDUCATION:

•University-level education

EXPERIENCE:

•3 years+ of relevant experience in retail environment
