Job description
Details:

-End-user support with company standard procedure(IT Helpdesk)

-Install laptops, desktops, mobile devices and printers with network connection

-IT-related projects assistance

-Maintaining knowledge bases and training manuals for end-users

-IT asset management

-Manage suppliers of computer equipment

                                 

Required Skills / Competencies:

-Troubleshooting a variety of computer issues

-Extensive knowledge and experience of PC systems(H/W, S/W), Windows Server(2008, 2012, 2016), MS Exchange (2010,2013), MS office(2013, 2016), Symantec Endpoint Protection(SEP), Veritas Backup Exec and WAN/LAN infrastructure

-Having IT related certificate is advantageous

 
Qualification
Mandatory Requirements:

-Current university students who can work for 6 months or upcoming graduates or recent graduates (Studied in IT related major)

-Ability to quickly troubleshoot and rectify before trouble occurs

-Experience in MS Windows & Windows Server OS

-Experience in MS office

 

Required Experience:

-Experience in VMware

-Experience in both LAN and WAN infrastructures
