IT Intern (m/f)

Tasks:
• Assisting in rolling out software updates, new client computers and provide user support
• Partner Network and internal user administration
• Documentation of work and current IT processes
• Assisting in the process of purchase and payments
• Keeping track of company IT inventories
• Carrying out and address facility related issues such as security systems and general
maintenance of office space
• Translation support

 

Requirements:
• Excellent communication and fluent English as well as fluent Korean skills are required
• Basic installation and administration knowledge of MS Windows
• Curriculum in the field of Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering,
Business Administration or comparable would be advantageous
• Strong social and personal competencies

 

Starting Date:

as soon as possible

 

Internship Duration:

Six (6) months

 

Working Hours:

Full time (from 9:00 a.m. to 6 p.m.) / Monday to Friday

 

Location:

Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Korea

• Support documents work for project planning
• Support internal and external communication
• Support events and promotion execution
• Support miscellaneous works for Marketing event works
• Event timeline update and follow-up

Requirements
• Fluent English both verbally and written (Bilingual preferred)
• Proficient in MS-Office and document skill
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Great team player to work with others as a team and self-motivated to work proactively on tasks
• Keen to work with Porsche and automobile industry

 

Starting Date: as soon as possible

 

Internship Duration:

Six (6) months

 

Working Hours:

Full time (from 9:00 a.m. to 6 p.m.) / Monday to Friday
