Opportunities

· Plan, establish and coordinate the implementation of local manufacturing specifications for Primary & Secondary Production by transferring and adopting the relevant information through Specification Management Systems (PLM, IPSM) including export products.

· Plan, establish and control through engineering change management; material changes of cigarette and packaging materials in line with PMI product specifications and PMK direct materials purchasing inventory transition strategy.

· Establish and provide updated BoM input for financial processes required from Quality Assurance Department with respect to DIM and cut-filler during OB and RF budget cycles.

· Provide and maintain product specifications for factory reporting tools and support functions in Primary & Secondary. Support proto-type making both in Primary and Secondary.

· Manage product monitoring activities within Operations in coordination with Cluster / regional QA functions and ensure all brands are in line with smoke delivery targets which were agreed by Operations & Marketing functions and reported to regulatory bodies.

· Prepare specifications for new equipment purchases and give input to Engineering Department.

· Manage the EAN code provisions with regulatory bodies, and inform appropriate stakeholders.

· Ensure that EHS&S is integrated into all activities and adherence to EHS Policy & Procedures as well as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 compliance is strictly maintained. Participate and support all EHS&S relevant initiatives within the Operations.

 

Requirements
At least 2 - 3 years of quality, operations environment work experience
University degree in engineering or science
Product know how
QA Systems know how (GIPS, ISS,IPSM,PMS)
Good level of Statistics
Report Writing
Communication skills
MS Office tools
Good spoken and written English and Korean communication skills are must
