HR - Change & Communications Delivery Executive

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
•Supports development of workstream change plans
•Supports in developing change products & materials aligned to BAT CF
•Supports in developing change interventions
•Supports in developing communication materials
•Develops communication measures and tracks impact
•Develops engagement materials
•Develop mechanisms for 2 way feedback and pulse checks stakeholder feedback
•Develops cycle plan mechanisms for delivery across organisation
•Identifies and mobilises change agents to support plan
•Supports in developing and executing operational plans to support NGP team in National roll out
•Measures and tracks workstream change delivery, and initiates course correction
•Captures lessons learned at conclusion of phases
•Executes engagement & communication plan
•Coordinates delivery of communication activities across workstreams
•Responds to stakeholder feedback & course corrects as required
•Conducts readiness and pulse check processes
•Supports in conducting Union & Branch Stakeholder Mapping & Impact Analysis
Essential requirements Experience
•Minimum 4-5 years experience as in HR Business Partnering or Change Management
•Experience in change managetment / Organization development/ Organization Effiectivness would be preferred
•University degree holder in Business Administration and/or Marketing, HR
•Ability to engage with & influence the stakeholders
•Strong planning & organizing skills
•Refined communication skills, both written & verbal in English
•Excellent influential & interpersonal skills to ensure strategies are implemented consistently across the organization
•Ability to demonstrate teamwork and capable of interacting at all levels
