Main Objectives of the Job[1] (Please state the overall objective of this job in 1-2 sentences) 

Coordinate activities of production planning and/or material or trading replenishment planning and responsible for all activities related to production coordination with all relate departments

Maintain and operate daily activity in SCM operation in accordance with the company SOP, WI and Procedure.  Maintain transparent stock and material management in operation under daily basis
 

Key Accountabilities1 (Please describe the main results of this job to be achieved )
•Manage and carry out smooth production process to fulfill customer requirement in accordance to forecasting and sales order
•Maximize production capability for on-time delivery, correct planning & response through establishing efficient communication with internal customer and in line with customer requirement
•Manage replenishment from IC vendors with the results of APO DP planning
•Make full use of APO platform to maintain best use of resources
•Execute daily operation according to SOP, WI and procedure
•Ensure data quality and system quality in routine operation
•Be responsible for inventory level in accordance to forecast, both raw material and finish good
•Assist management to achieve SCM KPI in daily operation
•Assist continuous improvement and perform improvement activities in daily operation
•Be well trained for the job been responsible and job related
•Key user role at Quattro program in P2P and Pl2P stream
 

Qualifications (Please state the minimum and desirable education and experience level)
•Education
 Bachelor degree
 

•Experience
 3+ years experience in the related areas
