[Responsibilities]

1) Order Management

- Sales order entry

- ERP/System works

- Documentation

2) Billing Management

- ERP billing

- e-tax affairs

3) Helpdesk

- VOC management

- Prompt response to customer inquiry

4) Report to Manager

 

[Requirements]
1) Customer oriented mindset

2) SAP experience (preferred)

3) Experience in customer service, accounts receivable, collections, distribution, operations, supply chain, and/or logistics

4) Knowledge in healthcare business operation

5) Good communication skill.
