[Summary]

This is a MRP(material requirement planning) position role in E2E planning to manage raw material to deliver on time via balancing with inventory and expenses by having excellence master data governance. The goal of the role is to contribute to schedule attainment and maintaining a desired level of customer service.


[Responsibilities]

1) Check the goods against an order and the billing of landing

2) Execute material planning via MRP process, confirm those required quantity and convert into PO within lead time. Amend / reflect latest delivery into system.

3) Work closely with MPS Planner to ensure no business interrupt from shortage and proactively communicate, identify concerns and also advise supply resolution. Response / manage on changes and also work with others function i.e. QC, QA team to support new products launch and CIP projects.

4) Work closely with supplier to deliver materials as plan and follow agreed criteria .i.e. MOQ, 5) Remained shelf-life. Handling return, claim and also follow SLOB procedure / Reject process.

5) Manage FIFO materials to minimize write-off for supporting SLOB and CIP project.   Check the quantities

6) Check for damage and fill out damage reports if necessary

7) Identify the goods. Items are identified with the appropriate stock-keeping unit number and the quantity received is recorded

8) Dispatch goods to storage

9) Operate an information system. A record must be maintained for each item in stock showing the quantity on hand, quantity received, quantity issued, and location in the warehouse. The system can be very simple, depending on a minimum of written information and human memory, or it may be a sophisticated computer-based system
10) Vendor scheduling

 

[Requirements]

1) Preferably Bachelor Degree.

2) Minimum 1-2 years industry experience with requiring strategic planning skills.

3) Experience in managing dynamic teams in support functions.

4) Strong mindset in accomplishing results

5) Strong communication skills and presentation skills

6) Aggressive in decision and fast resolution of issues

7) A team player and a stronger team motivator

8) Good interpersonal skills and sensitivity in dealing with others

9) Ability to persuade, influence and negotiate cross-functionally

10) CPIM preferred
11) SAP knowledge
