Responsibilities and Job Description

• Forecast management.
 - Update annual forecast with sales forecast data
 - Making long term (1month running, 3months ahead) forecast and SAP update every month
 - Forecast adjustment every week
 - Container calculation for export shipment arrangement (Excel)

• Order Management
 - Make delivery orders for 2~3days shipment in advance
 - Daily backlog management and reporting to production and procurement team
 - Weekly shipment management
 - Weekly sales billing (post goods issue and create invoice)
 - General order update and follow up

• A/S Management
 - Update A/S order in SAP and Production plan file
 - Conduct A/S delivery and shipment
 - A/S backlog management
 - Respond Parcel service for urgent A/S order
 - Distribution A/S order list for each shipment.

• Stock Management
 - Report stock variation to Logistics Manager
 - Tracking daily shipment quantity

• Sales Monthly billing
 - Domestic
 * Monthly shipped data extraction from SAP and Matching with issued tax bill
 * Billing for Monthly Line, KD, A/S Materials
 * Report data to F/I
 - Export
 * Monthly shipped data extraction from SAP and Matching with issued invoices
 * Billing adjustment according to Credit & Debit note
 * Billing for Monthly Line, KD, A/S Materials
 * Report data to F/I

Requirements

1. Over 0~1 years experience in automotive industry is recommended
2. Proficient in standard business office software (Excel) and SAP SD/WM
3. Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
4. Medium level English skills (written & verbal)
5. Manage a complex mix of internal and external customers with various needs and expectations
6. Providing quality customer service and helping to build up/ strengthen customer loyalty
