Citi is looking for undergraduate students to join the Full Time Program. 2018 Full Time Analyst program is a program aiming to develop country leaders for Citi’s future. Spanning 12 months, the structured rotational program provides Associates with exposure across the franchise in front, middle and back-office roles. Analysts will undergo managed rotations, the program intends to help you to build a broad skillset and accelerate your career growth by gaining exposure to numerous roles.

 

Our rotational programs will help you discover the best fit for your skills and long-term career goals at Citi, Different rotations provide 2018 Full Time Analysts with an accelerated development program by gaining wide exposure throughout different businesses. Rotations are designed to give you learning experiences about our businesses and opportunities to apply their talents in new projects and business critical assignments. You will receive structured classroom training and on-the ground coaching by specially selected Senior Buddies and Mentors. Additionally, You'll have access to individual development resources including continued skills training and mentorship opportunities. The Program typically commences with intensive training that will provide essential skills knowledge as well as a comprehensive orientation to Citi's culture. After initial training, participants will rotate across business teams and functions according to a rotation roadmap generated through extensive discussions between you, the Program Office and our Business Leaders.

 

(1) Participate in a wide array of internal and external programs designed to help you gain business knowledge, technical skills, and interpersonal skills

(2) Benefit from the experience of having a senior mentor & buddy

(3) Receive structured performance reviews and evaluation

(4) Broaden your exposure through participation in local/regional taskforces

(5) Receive ongoing support from a dedicated Program Manager

Qualifications

(1) You are undergraduate Class of 2018

(2) You are fluent in Korean & English, and authorized to work in Korea
