Job purpose and key deliverables
Key Accountabilities
- Assist the Brand Manager in developing brand plans by brand strategies
- Execute the activities stipulated in the brand plan to ensure that brand objectives are achieved
- Rigorously analyses and report marketing research data to ensure brand issues are understood and corrective action identified
- Apply best practice in brand management to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
- Brand activity executed in efficient and effective way
- Brand budget regularly monitored and reported to Brand Manager
- Brand performance reported and analyzed in clear, concise manner with focus on required actions
Essential requirements
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- 4~7 yrs in Marketing and/or similar roles in another FMCG organisation
- The jobholder must be able to demonstrate an interest in and awareness of product development, trade and consumer insights, copy - strategy and ATL/BTL communication
- Strong analytic skill & logical/creative thinking
- Good management and interpersonal skills
- Good ability to deal with both internal and external stakeholders
- A commercial approach to all activities
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Good understanding of all departments within the Company and of the business
