Introduction
The ASML Asian Shared Service Center in Korea is part of the Accounting Department within the Corporate Finance Organization. The Corporate Finance Organization is responsible for providing business support, performance measurement and planning, internal controls and compliance, internal administrative processes, tax, and treasury.Job Description
Position in the organization The Employee Benefits Administration Professional (EBA professional) reports to the manager EBA of the ASML SSC Korea. The EBA professional executes the salary processes in Asia (7 countries, 7 local payroll providers). Furthermore he/she will work with the Share based compensation Tool (EquateX system) and the Travel & Expense Tool (Concur system) for the Asian region. The EBA professional executes payroll tasks and acts as contact person for employees and management based on his/her expert knowledge of ASML specific employee benefits content and processes. The EBA professional interacts with various internal departments (e.g. Finance, Tax, Treasury and HR&O) and external parties (e.g. Local salary agencies, external (fiscal) advisors and accountants). Job description Responsible for: • Good interaction with local payroll offices and local ASML HR. • Timely, complete and correct execution of the net salary payments. • Timely, complete and correct execution of the journal entry postings • Timely, complete and correct payments and information to local authorities • Answer questions from ASML employees and managers about payroll, expenses and share based compensation. • Providing relevant process information to management including KPI’s. • Monitoring of payroll and expense postings in SAP general & ledger and clearing of accounts. • Execute and document business controls on payroll and expense claims process.Education
Graduate BSc / MasterExperience
Required: • 3 to 5 years’ experience in internationally oriented comparable positions, preferably in a shared service center. • Knowledge of payroll and employee benefits processes. • Knowledge of tax, social insurances, pension and health insurances systems in Asia region. • Experience in working with automated systems. Preferred: • Knowledge of the Concur Travel & Expense system. • Knowledge of SAP R/3 HR modules and SAP R/3 Finance modules. • Experience in working with a European Company. • Experience in working with different Asian countries. • Experience in working in a Microsoft sharepoint environmentPersonal skills
