GLOBAL LEADER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME

The Global Leader Development Programme (GLDP) is the BMW Group's international graduate programme offering the opportunity to jump start the career of recent and talented graduates. Through completing four different rotations, participants work in various parts of the company including two international assignments, one of which is at BMW headquarters in Munich.

1. GLDP Elements

6 months-project in home countr è 3 months Headquarters project in Munich è 6 months-project in home country è 3 months abroad at another location è Completion after 18 months and transfer to an appropriate professional position

3. Requirements

Education & Experience

- Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline with excellent grades

(No Major Restrictions, applicants must be graduated as of Apr 2018)

- At least six months of relevant work experience (included Intern)

- A maximum of 3 years professional working experience

- At least four months of relevant experience abroad (e.g. studies, practical experience) 

- Extracurricular involvement

(eg. Initial leadership experience in a university, community, or working; settings engagement in a student project, political or charity organization)

Skills

- Business-fluent language skills in the local language

- Fluent English

(as well as knowledge another language if English is the native language, preferably German)

Attitiude

- A sharp intellect Passion for BMW

- Initiative, personal accountability, willingness to change, team spirit and self-reflection

- Readiness for an international career

4. Employment Type.

Full time employment (To be transferred to permanent position after the completion of the program)
